Be prepared to fall in love, takes some getting used to, I paniced a little when I got a few blood blisters on the top of my shoulders, but they fade away quickly, it is very comfortable around my neck & shoulders I think my shoulders were just not ready for all that circulation. 😁 I am impressed at the level of design.
