Love my FeetUps - I have three. Sent one to my adult son for his birthday. He was very excited to receive it, but unfortunately, there were pieces missing. He needed to contact you all to get the missing pieces shipped to him. I was wondering why he didn't respond to the gift, he was embarrassed to tell me. He finally got the pieces and is enjoying learning to use it, although it all happened way after his birthday. Wish the process was better.
