Although it was not their fault, the steaks I'd ordered for next-day delivery got lost in transport through DPD. I contacted Fine Foods and the speed at which the issue was resolved, i was refunded for transport, the steaks were then at my doorstep before 10AM the following day and the communication was brilliant. I cannot fault the customer service at all. Now to the steaks themselves: everything you could dream of and more. Will definitely be a returning customer.
