The quality of the food is excellent, as advertised, never in question. Full marks and the gold star on this one!
To an "old timer" like me, the website, notably the ordering process, could be simplified and made easier to use. Colleagues at Fine Food continue to answer queries and put right any problems arising speedily, politely yet in a friendly manner. Possibly some thought on tweaking the ordering process would not go amiss
