I have successfully received the order.
However there are some problems this time which may affect my competition this week.
1. The Lomo Loin is totally different than the one I ordered last time. This time, the loin was thin and small and covered with lots of fat which means the exact grams I can get after trimming is wrong. And it is quite important for my pate en croute because it may not be enough and too thin as well now.
The third picture was the Lomo loin from last time, which is thicker and probably trimmed without fat. And the one I received this time is totally different.
2. The bag of oak smoked pork was damaged when I just opened the box and it became without vacuumed situation (lots of air inside), which may not as fresh as it should be.
3. The bottles of yuzu vinegar are wrong, it became yuzu juice.
I’m so worried about these problems because they are all for my competition which I will start make it tonight and tomorrow.
