In search of a supplier of quail, as I wanted to try out DIana Henry's stuffed quail with whisky and marmalade sauce (Telegraph https://www.telegraph.co.uk/recipes/2023/09/10/diana-henry-stuffed-quail-with-marmalade-and-whisky-recipe/) my internet search sent me first to Fine Food Specialist Ltd and the bonus was finding boneless quail on offer. What's more, the product arrived within 2 days (unlike our First Class Christmas cards). I will be back for more.
