Excellent stock - texture and flavour very good. Question! We have previously purchased veal stock over many years from a Swiss Chef. His stock came in a Powder Form. Unfortunately he has retired and moved to pastures green. Do have in your "Pantry", a veal stock equel to the quality and flavour of the Jelly stock recently received as per below.
