The customer service was excellent. I wasn't exactly sure what cut of meat to go for as I am new to wagyu. Tom at Fine Foods was most helpful and suggested the wagyu ribeye as I'm not into chunky meat, this was a thinner cut and boy was is PERFECT, so succulent and utterly delcious. Everything from information, ordering online and delivery was 10/10. I would highly reccomend Fine Food Specialist.
