This was new to me - and my lunch guest - and it was a revelatiion. The clams, which I cooked and served with spaghetti (vongole), were exceptionally fine and the accompanying lemon balm was strong and delicious. I intend to cook the baby octopus (which I have ordered from you twice before) today or tomorrow but I have no doubt that they will be just as good as ever.
