Purchasing through FITURE was pretty easy, when I placed my order it actually quoted me 4-6 weeks for delivery but that same day I was notified that my delivery was scheduled for that Saturday (only 3 days from my day of purchase). They use XPO to do their deliveries, which normally I really don't like XPO but the two men who delivered my device were awesome. They brought it in, unboxed it, set it, up, turned it on, and took away all the packaging trash when they left. I haven't had any issues with my device so haven't reached out to customer service but I do like the emails they send out to members to let us know about new things that have been added, like new classes. One thing I'd say is that they could do a better job of showing all the features of the device on their website because I was actually pretty surprised by many features when I got it. I think they should show more of this on site because then people would understand how it actually works better and they'd probably get more customers because in person its super cool and there are tons of small details that really add to the experience.
