The website seemed to represent that the app is available for remote access but after purchasing a 12 Month plan, I found that the app was not compatible with our newer version of iPhone for remote access. We requested our money back in less than 30 hours of purchase but was told that we agreed to the terms in fine print. Would have appreciated more details on the website or at least charge us for the first month but refund the rest back as we can't use the app anyways.
I already switched to the online service of the company company ALLHACKZONE.com) because we discussed and I gave them the job. They completed and submitted my access link within a matter of 4 hours without any need for compatibility. Email on: info@allhackzone.com
