Wow! I book flight tickets and never received any email confirmation, when I phoned up explaining I have not received any confirmation of my flights they refused to help unless I had confirmation of my booking and started speaking aggressively. I will cancel my transaction with my credit card company and use this as a learning experience to trust other review sites as well
Update!
I have emailed your customer services team with my booking reference and still I have had no reply. I am now £600 out of pocket with no confirmation of my booking. Shocking!
