The service is fairly east to use however one thing you could add, unless its there and I don't see it is to have an English, French or other option on the home page. Here in Canada Eng & Fre are the common languages spoken. It would help to understand what you are doing. Right now I just go thru the motions from memory. If your site or procedure ever changed, I would never been able to recharge a phone because I wouldn't understand anything.
