Easy to use. Good to be able to send topup with extra GB /min/sms otherwise is expensive compared to exchange rate IN Cuba. Phone companies are still using exchange rate of 24 CUP to 1 dollar, when the official date at Cuba banks/businesses is 110 to 120 CUP to 1 dollar. So if I send a recharge of 250 CUP I pay $11+ dollar, while if person IN Cuba would pay just over $2 dollars to buy the 250 CUP !! And IN Cuba one can buy packages eg 9gb+xmin+xsms for 450/500CUP depending on what cubacel offers. When there is the 5x recharge = GOOD VALUE from overseas ie send 500 CUP and person gets 2500 CUP...
