This was my first website where I ordered a framed picture. I was very pleased with the process. I ordered a simple metal 5x7 frame for the picture. It arrived in a timely manner and was very well wrapped. I did not ask for quick shipping on this because it was not needed.
I also received a simple follow-up email from them asking of my satisfaction. It seemed personal and not over done. I would certainly order from here again based on this positive experience.
