I am thrilled with my purchase. I found my fascinator on another site and it was sold out. I used the powers of Google and found it on Franklins site.
The order was quick and smooth and the item arrived quickly and was well packaged.
All in all I am very happy and considering it was cheaper that was another bonus! I have recommended to friends and will certainly purchase from them again.
