All in all, I had a really good first-time experience with Fuleague.com. I reaced out to ustomer service a few times and they were very responsive and timely via email and text.
The chair and ottoman arrived in two boxes and were very well packaged. The instructions were not that clear, but I managed to figure it out. I needed help attaching the back to the seat part, but was able to put together everything else myself.
All-in-all, a good experience and Im happy with my chair.
