Easy process - paid and it was done being produced within a week before its voyage out to the US. In terms of quality - it looks fantastic. I upgraded to the premium aniline leather and got the tall version. You can tell that this is way way nicer quality than the Wayfair version and a lot of the other replica loungers on the market.
The wood looks great as well, and overall seems solid. I opened up the cushion to check it out and seems like its good quality.
I put it together by myself - but I would recommend having an extra person to help out!
