Although it took a while to arrive--- which is understandable as Michigan is a long way from China--- the chair arrived when it was scheduled and was well packaged. It was relatively easy to assemble--- taking me about 15 minutes. It fits beautifully in my.living room and is a joy to sit in. Even my cats love it!!!
