The monthly gin delivery is a great concept as you can sample gins you wouldn't find in your local shops. It would be a good idea to put into the monthly newsletter exactly what should be in the package as I find myself sifting through the wood shavings to make sure I haven't missed anything. The website needs an overhaul as adding extras to your order is a real mission and navigating around the website often ends up with you being accidently logged out and having to go through the rigmarole of getting passwords sent to your email or phone and logging in again.
