I like the choice of clothes but have to buy online as I don’t live close enough to the shop to go very often. I find it disappointing that you charge a fairly hefty postage fee but do not offer free returns. I would normally expect to pay either for postage or returns as most other online firms do, but not both. It certainly puts me off buying anything I am unsure about which is a shame as I would buy much more often if I knew I could return/exchange for free.
