It would have been five stars up until my last purchase. I was absolutely stunned to receive a jacket that I ordered which had been obviously repaired (and not very well done at that) sold as a new item. There were clearly no quality control measures in place before despatch.
On the flip side, the refund process was done immediately and the money refunded to my bank quickly.
