I was reasonably happy with my items but returned one as I felt it was of poor quality. Why is my review of that item not shown on the website? It is very misleading to only show the 5 star reviews - does this border on dishonesty I wonder? And how are we to judge an item when it is clear that only 'excellent' reviews are displayed?
