The reason for lower scores is that I tried several times to contact customer services online but the message would not go through when I pressed send. I had ordered 2 jackets, feeling slightly guilty, and the very neext day you emailed me with sales offers of £20 off each jacket. I did feel that the sales price
could have been applied since the price had obviously come down before my order was dispatched and I wanted to raise this with you.
