I was looking at a couple of different pairs of trousers on the Gemini website and wanted some information on fit. Telephoned and had a discussion with one of the very helpful staff and ordered over the phone. Received next day, chose the pair I wanted and returned the others the same day. Received my refund very shortly after. Can't fault Gemini's customer service and postal service. I have jokingly said it was the worst thing I ever did in discovering this shop and website as I am spending far too much money on their lovely clothes!
