I had ordered a pair of Robell trousers which sadly were a little too small. I had intended to return them however due to an unexpected stay in hospital I had gone over the 14 day returns policy. I sent Gemini Woman a message and within minutes a response came back assuring me that I could return them. This I did and ordered another pair and all of this took just a few days.
