It took over a week for someone to call me to inform me that the item I had purchased was incorrectly showing as available when in fact there was no stock. I was then asked to select an alternative choice. But unfortunately nothing else was suitable for the outfit that I purchased the hat for. I then requested a refund which took a further week to process. Very disappointing Experience and I would be reluctant to recommend your company to friends.
