I bought a pair of Sorel Kinetic impact trainers in black. So gorgeous . I found them slightly small on size. I rang the store and they confirmed the style size was slightly small so I was able to get the next size up, the assistant got them ready for the post in minutes to get them out that day as I bought the next size to make sure I got them and returned the smaller ones same day. I got them the next day and was able to wear them to the Cartier exhibition at the V&A. It is 24 hr delivery which is brilliant. Very comfortable trainers, you can wear these all day. Love the flash of leopard on the sole. I had plenty of girls checking them out! These would be great for the office with a suit , with a silky skirt, jeans etc - will be so useful …..super customer service
