From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcome — I wasn’t expecting to be greeted with Prosecco and tea, but it instantly set the tone for what turned out to be such a fun, uplifting experience. I came in needing an outfit for a speaking gig, feeling nervous and a little out of my comfort zone. The team absolutely transformed the experience for me. They ran around bringing me so many beautiful pieces to try, encouraged me to step outside my usual style, and — most importantly — they were wonderfully honest when something didn’t work. As a larger lady, clothes shopping can sometimes feel daunting, but they made me feel comfortable, empowered, and completely at ease. It felt like spending the afternoon with friends who truly had my back. I walked in expecting to struggle to find even one outfit, and I walked out with a whole new wardrobe that I absolutely love!
