I really enjoy the cramp cream and the heating pad. I have not found a difference in the belly jelly in my cramps. One complaint I have is the heating pad does not stay closed. I wish there was velcro or something to make it sit nice so you can see the embroidered statement (see picture). The bag flaxseed bag often falls out of the other bag while on the couch or in bed. I really love their message and the natural ways to combat cramps! Good job some days!
