I use the cramp cream and heating pad regularly (since the early days when somedays was luteal!) and I can’t recommend it enough! Not only does it do wonders for severe cramps, I also use it when I have aching or sore muscles. I received my restock of cream tonight and my Gran was complaining of soreness in her back. I put some cramp cream on her aching muscles and put the heating pad on it - within 10 minutes she could feel an improvement! I will forever use this product! Thank you, Somedays!
