Absolutely love all the products I've purchased so far (cramp cream and flax seed heat holder). I even gave the cramp cream to my mom who has rheumatoid arthritis and it helped! Personally, I typically use the cream for lighter cramp days. My cramps are still fairly severe, but the cream has been great for pain management and giving some relief while waiting for the ibuprofen to kick in.
