I met the ladies from Somedays at the One-of-a-Kind craft show in Toronto in December. I decided to purchase the period kit including the cream and heat pad for my daughter. We can't say enough about how wonderful both are. The heat pad is like no other, brings nice soothing relief, with the flax seed magic, and the cream is a like a miracle in a jar! Not only does it help with menstrual cramps but it also helps relieve muscle aches and pains. We have both used it after a workout or strenuous day to relieve muscle pain or general aches and pains as well as headaches. We were sharing her jar but now have since gotten each our own.
