I really wanted to love this product. I had lots of hopes. I'm not sure if it's because it's the first time using it and it was the sample size but I am writing this while on my period and on the day of using it. I only felt relief for 5 minutes before cramps started to take over again. Really intense cramps as usual. This product has done nothing for me. If I need to apply more than the sample amount (I used the whole thing in one application), I'm not sure. But I'm disappointed to not get longer relief.
