I was honestly skeptical at first. I have severe endometriosis. I had intense pain my first day and I actually had gotten it in the mail a month earlier, I put it on and I was like ok this is kinda dumb nothing is working. Then the next day I had 0 pain. Which is super rare. I would use it before the cramps start to get the best relief.
