I was nervous to purchase the cramp cream as the cost & shipping are a bit pricier than I typically spend on this type of product, but having used the cramp cream now I can say it's totally worth it. I have endometriosis cramps and the cream made them much more manageable - normally I can't even speak through my cramps. I also used the cream on some sore back muscles after a big workout and it helped there, too!
