I really wanted to like these products but unfortunately they didn't really work for me. The cramp cream didn't work at all so waste of money there, and the heating pad doesn't get hot enough nor stay hot long enough so that was a huge disappointment also side note the cover for the heating pad is to big and doesn't fit the "FlaX pad" well... I do however love the mud clay bath.. disappointed that the products didn't work as well as they say they do :(
