I received a sample of the cramp cream and have been trying it out for the past few days. There were no instructions on how much to use and while it smelled nice and felt nice to apply, I couldn't go without my standard painkillers. I'm not sure if I just didn't use enough cream for each application, and I love the idea of not needing traditional painkillers, but this product doesn't work solely on its own for me.
