I was going to use this company. Then there was a death in the family and I needed to put the project on hold and claim the refund (which they said in the beginning was 100% guaranteed) they lied. Then said I'll only get 40% back.. needing the money to assist with things like final prep I reluctantly said fine.. then they kept all my money and have stopped responding to me... crooks, thieves and liars operate here. Avoid at all costs. I wish there was a zero or negative start option 1 star is too kind. Update: They called back to tell me the refund got returned to them... and then they said they would only issue it if I agreed to remove the honest review of my experience with them.. this company literally tried to hold what their company promised as a refund hostage as a way to silence the experience I had. I sincerely hope others are treated better than I was. To Ghost Writing Mentors... if you want me to remove this review (which is a truthful insight to my experience.) Try honoring your 100% refund that was promised to me from the beginning. If not this will conclude our dealings. Make it right or live with the review.
