I appreciate that the deliveries during lockdown may take longer however what I don't appreciate is the lack of respect given to me when I called to find out where the delivery was almost a week after it should have been delivered. The attitude from the two staff members I spoke with to find out where it was was disgusting, they didn't care and kept talking over the top of me. I wasn't rude until I was spoken to rudely. Maybe they were stressed and had a bad day but there was no need for the way I was treated given that I had spent a lot of money with them. Customer service goes along way and being an online service in these times I understand the stresses, a simple I am sorry we will look into this here is a voucher to use next time, we are sorry for the inconvenience, however I had to ask twice for them to follow up with the courier service. Its a shame that customer service let them down as the receiver of my gift was beyond happy, so I thank them for making the gift look great.
