There was an issue with the delivery (Startrack). The item did not arrive at the delivery address (instead was taken straight to the local post office) and no card was left for pick up. However, spoke to Liz from Gift Basket, and she was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue and could not have done any more to help out. Exemplary customer service when an external delivery partner has caused the problem.
