Disappointed that after contacting via messenger to find out how to add an item not listed to discover that the item easy not added to the basket after following the instructions given.....cheese without crackers doesn't really work especially for an 88 year old in lockdown. It was also delivered 4 days before the requested date, a day early I could have accepted and if late in this climate I would also have accepted. On a positive note the customer service was satisfactory when I contacted them in regards to this, but disappointed my dad had no crackers to have with his cheese, monetary refund offered for the crackers and the disappointment and my dad had only good things to say about the presentation. I will use them again and hopefully the product will be what I order.
