Hi, Look your staff have been great, my reason for disappointment, 1st time user, organized for my wife's birthday. When it didn't look like arriving yesterday, I thought I should call, your representative ( very helpful ) advised that there had been an issue on Tuesday with Star track packaging / pickups etc. My order never left on Tuesday for Friday delivery. She then organized for resending - thank you. Not her fault at all - however -I would have thought the issue would have been discovered on Tuesday when no tracking number was issued.
