I ordered a Gift Basket etc to be delivered to my grandson in hospital. On the morning of delivery (Wed) he was sent home from the hospital. When I found out it was later in the day and tried to call to redirect but it was after 4pm. Outside the ridiculously short business hours of the company! I contacted the StarTrak help line to arrange home delivery (in the same suburb). They took the new address and said the package would have to go back to the depot and be delivered on Friday. I had an email from your company on the Thursday to let me know they had contacted Star Trak and all was fine. Later Friday afternoon when I had not heard anything about the delivery I contacted you again. I was told I would get a call back to let me know what was going on. Instead I got an email saying the basket had been delivered. I checked with my family and nothing had arrived. It was after 4pm again! No phones staffed. I contacted the consignment company again and they told me delivery had been refused! They had taken it to the hospital again!! Shocking service all around. Now I am told it won't be delivered until after the weekend.
