Organising a gift from New Zealand to a family member in Australia is always a risk. However this experience was amazing, easy to order online, the gift was beyond expectation and made my mum so happy to receive. She said "it was a gift that kept giving" When the delivery company had trouble delivering to the hospital the customer care team went above and beyond to ensure it was redelivered. I will certainly be using this company again and recommend to everyone. Thank you for making this such an easy, successful experience ☺️
