Edit: Since writing the below review I was contacted by customer care. They offered to retrieve the parcel that was left at the post office in NSW and send out a new one to my Mum (now in Vic). They also apologised for the lack of response to my emails. While I was disappointed that the delivery did not make it on time in the first instance. I am very happy with the customer service I have now received to rectify the problem so I have updated the star rating. I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a gift basket to be sent to my Mum for her birthday who was stuck in NSW (Victorian resident). The delivery did not arrive in time (even though I ordered a week in advance to circumvent delivery delays). After that I contacted the ribbons and blooms helpdesk email address, asking how far away it could be because my parents were moving on from the caravan park. I received no response. After this, I emailed again to say could the delivery either go back to the company and I receive a refund OR can the delivery be sent to a different address where they have moved to. Still no response. I was notified that it was delivered today to the caravan park where they no longer are.
