We ordered a birthday chocolate bouquet with a balloon, the gift arrived a week late even though we paid extra shipping costs. The gift itself was incredibly disappointing, it only had about $10 worth of chocolates - we paid $89 and would have expected a little bit more than that, the presentation was also very disappointing and did not look professional.
