Very disappointed that it was delivered to the GPO & not the street address as requested. It was for my son’s birthday on tues 1st nov & as he he is living away from home I wanted him to receive on the day of his birthday as you advertised.
I specifically sent it to work so people would know it was his birthday.
He was informed on Thursday 3rd nov that the building manager had something for him to pick up.
