Very disappointing. I purchased a gift for my daughter-in-law for her birthday and they delivered it 2 days before her birthday despite specifying the date. When I found out I emailed them and received a return email about 'can't always rely on transport' and 'they deliver when they can'.
Don't purchase anything that needs to be delivered on a certain date :(
