I'm in NZ, but I used this company to send my sister a gift basket for her birthday, as she lives in Queensland. The ordering process is easy to understand and it's equally easy to add additional items, a message and set a delivery date. Hamper was delivered on the date set and from what I was told, was much appreciated.
